“The soundproofing in the guest room is very good, and the stay is very comfortable.”

“When I walked into the hotel, I was not greeted by the front desk man. He looked at me and shouted, “identification!”. I tried to smile at him and engage him, but he was having none of it. I asked him a question and he spoke into his earpiece and barely acknowledged me. It was a very rude way to welcome someone to the “city of brotherly love!” I think the Doubletree needs to get a different front desk guy! He’s not a friendly person who should be their first point of contact! To top it all off,……

“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“The room was clean, Steph replaced towels daily and made beds! It was absolutely lovely. We had all the privacy, did not hear other guests at all… The elevators moved quickly. I would definitely stay here again!”
