“If you're staying at Ricketts Glen, this is the spot to be at.”

“The room was very clean and the Host was great. Came around to see if we needed anything. ”

“The room wasn't the cleanest. There was dust/debris/stuck on stuff on the floor near the bed. No TV in the room which I didn't realize. Being in the middle of nowhere and dark around 6 pm doesn't leave much to do. The "Continental breakfast" was lacking and the breakfast room was just a cluttered area with some coffee and not much actual food. There were some random people outside in the back around a fire arguing and the one guy was wandering around the parking lot after dark when we returned……

“The room needs a more thorough cleaning. There is a strong musty smell, and the carpet needs to be cleaned properly because it smells very bad. It would be important to improve the cleanliness of the room and eliminate the odor.”

“Breakfast should be until 10:30 am atleast it ends too early otherwise it was excellent”

“Staff was friendly Clean hotel and room Breakfast was always stocked in a clean area”

“The front desk clerk greeted me with “I need your id” in a flat rude tone. I felt very unwelcome. Only to also inform me my room wasn’t ready yet, and it was 6:30pm, I had booked 4hours earlier. The manager Kush, said he would give me a 20% discount but lied. To be fair the room was clean, the morning clerk was great, and the comp breakfast was decent and much appreciated. I can deal with a rude clerk but I can’t tolerate a manager who doesn’t follow through on a refund he promised.”

“This was a convenient, clean place to stay. Furnishings are old-fashion so they give the room a vintage feel. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“This was absolutely the best experience of our trip (and we had a great trip!)...spotless room, comfortable bed, soft sheets, delicious breakfast, friendly owners, beautiful outdoor area to relax, many other amenities-too many to list...10/10. Highly recommend!”
