“This is a perfect house for families with young children. It is in a quiet neighborhood about a mile or so from the center of Bethany Beach. The house is stocked with books, puzzles, and games for all ages. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are comfortable.”

“Overall, the house was great and we had a wonderful 2 weeks. The neighborhood is in a great location w/ access to restaurants & a short drive to the beach. The house was clean & spacious and there were great open areas to gather to eat, play games, sit outside on the screened in porch. Our biggest frustration was the mgt company. We arrived @ the house 4:40pm & immediately heard smoke detector chirp . high ceilings & no batteries. We called the office at 4:45 (15 minutes prior to closing) & were……

“The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. Just not a good way to do business.”

“This was our second trip staying at the house and we're planning to be back next year as well. The communication was great with owner and the house has everything we needed while there. Plus it is super cozy and comfortable with a beach flair. It is very close to the beach and shops while also being secluded near the end of a quiet cul de sac. Loved our stay!”

“We spent 4 nights in this lovely beachfront property in May. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Extremely comfortable, and very well appointed, and stocked with everything you need for your family vacation. We had a small issue when we got there, and Cindi, the property manager, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This house is highly recommended.”

“The house is brand new and very nice. The construction was clearly very high quality and it shows in every aspect of the house from the bathrooms to the screened in porch. We loved the location as well. We usually stay in South Bethany but loved being closer to town and still on a canal. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!”

“I brought my teenage daughter and four of her friends to the beach for a graduation celebration. They loved the house and the close proximity to the boardwalk. There are NO linens at all (sheets, towels, bath towels, kitchen towels) and no paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) so remember to bring them. Bathrooms are in need a deep clean. Teenagers didn't notice but a more sophisticated crowd would have.”

Master bedroom adequate size and master bathroom was nice. Closets pretty good. Cons/ AC not adequate, one bedroom without ceiling fan, “bedroom not bare able during the hottest evenings. Patio/deck door lock broken. Microwave surface light burnt out. Toaster needs replacement, Fridge ice maker can’t keep up. Toilet not……

“Overall really great. Nice property - just a few broken fans and lampshade. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. Nice playground within walking distance. Only issue was really faulty Internet that took several days to be fixed by Vacasa - their communication with me about this issue was not great.”

“Beautiful eco-friendly property. Great location. There were only 5 of us, but would sleep 10 comfortably. A list of a few suggestions left with the rental Company for a few things that would make the home more user friendly (signage on light switches and remotes, for instance). A few safety issues (curling area rugs). There were some glasses left in the dishwasher, and towels in the dryer from previous users of the house. None of these issues would deter us from renting the property……

“My husband and I booked Bill & Ash’s place for a “spur of the moment” trip when we saw that the weather forecast was going to be sunny & warm for a few days. We are fortunate that this cute apartment was available! It is a breeze to walk to the beach, to gift shops, and to restaurants on the boardwalk. Bill is a personable, excellent host; and he provided very clear instructions for everything. He arranged for an early check-in time and a late check-out time for us, which we very much……

“The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.”
