“Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room……

“This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property. The back deck was the perfect spot to wind down and relax at night, but also wake up and listen to the river while having a cup of coffee in the morning. “It was a great home, private location, fire pit, grill, everything that was to be expected. Nice little trail walk to the creek. I would come back. The management company needs to clean a bit better in general; e.g., on under furniture, dust, upkeep porch, and some manicuring of the landscape is needed. The bottom of the fire pit is rotted out and owner should get a new one. ”

“Beautiful cabin! We can see ourselves being snowed in for a week! Beautiful location, isolated, but not so isolated if you had an emergency. Hot tub was a definite plus too! Just to see the stars again with a camp fire was awesome! My wife and I just loved the whole experience!! ”

The house was amazing with each bedroom having a private bathroom and multiple bedrooms with multiple bed space that were perfect for the young families who had children so they could all stay together.
