“Nothing broken or disgusting. Tired and outdated for sure. One of the vehicles on the lot looked like it had been there for years. My room was open and unlocked when I got there, so that was unnerving. But I highly appreciated the vending machine in the lobby and the fact that the fridge and microwave worked. Staff were friendly and helped. Bfast was solid. Only lasts until 9:30am but it got us out of the room quicker”

“I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. The high tech house was also so cool, and Lorenzzo was there to help us learn to use all of it! Overall 11/10, and I look forward to staying in Lorenzzo’s apartments again in the……

“We spent the days exploring the area (hikes, horseback riding, seeing lighthouses, exploring Portland etc.) and it was a nice place to come "home" to for my family (6 of us). We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a bit hotter while we were there (unseasonably I believe) and so we definitely used the window air conditioners. Overall the house was very comfortable for us, was clean and provided everything we needed! ”

“The check-in was easy, the host is lovely and responds quickly. The beautiful historic house is huge and with 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a large deck adjacent to the 2nd floor kitchen, our family of eleven was very comfortable. There is a nice front yard and a large porch for many enjoyable evenings. The house is only a few minutes away from many beaches and the owner has thoughtfully provided all sorts of beach necessities for the guests to borrow. ”
