“The amount it costs for this room which is the size of a large walk in closet was not worth it. Carpet was old frayed and a layer of previous persons sand still present . The walls were dirty - tv remote dirty- throw pillow on bed appeared to have some sort of sticky residue on it. Two suitcases cannot be accessed at same time- you have to wait your turn to get what you need to then open other. Bathroom wall has plaster falling by toilet. The one Door key is very old and door can be opened……

“THE INN AT OLD HARBOR IS LOCATED NOT FAR FROM WHERE THE FERRY BRINGS PEOPLE TO BLOCK ISLAND, IT IS A OLD HOTEL WITH NO AMENITIES OR AIR CONDITIONING. THE STAFF ACCOMODATED ALL REQUESTS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL,”

“Hotel only opened a year ago and having a nice new room on block island is rare. Loved the place. Great location and wonderful amenities such as roof top deck and trendy restaurant/ bar. The check in process is different but seamless as no lobby.”

“The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there.”

Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The property offers beautiful views of the ocean, making it a peaceful place to relax. “We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”
