“My husband and I stayed recently and loved the inn. Our check was easy, the staff communicated via text to let us know our room was ready. We arrived via the Ferry therefore no parking issues but walking the properly we could see there was plenty of space to park. We enjoyed the wine and cheese. “We are regular travelers to BI and have always loved the Surf Hotel (BI BH) but never stayed until this time. Everything about the service exceeded expectations. Our room was ready, the online check in expedited our process. The room was immaculate, fabulous shower (which you can almost never say on the Block) - super friendly bartenders, and the guy setting up beach side umbrellas and chairs was incredible in 96 degree heat.
