Open up the French doors to the large screened porch and let the sounds of the river wash over you while you watch the birds and deer visit. Stroll down to the back yard, where you’ll find a hot tub, cedar barrel sauna and firepit area with Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the private beach located right on the river, where you can launch your kayak, go tubing down the Coosawattee or just play in the sand. When the day comes to an end, enjoy a movie on the terrace level with a gas fireplace and game room. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated with tranquil decor that will quickly dissolve your stress away. The cabin is located in a private gated community just minutes from downtown Ellijay and 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
