“The host was amazing. Very proactive communication and was very helpful. The cabin was a nice setup for my wife, my elderly parents and our two small dogs. If there will be any strong rains or snow you will need an 4WD/ AWD. My Subaru Outback had no issues. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We loved the pool table, the decks and the wildlife. We really enjoyed seeing all the deer, watching the hawks, crows and listening to the owls. The home is a bit outdated, could use some minor repairs as well as a good deep cleaning (window sills, baseboard, and cobwebs) for the price and that it sleeps 6-8 people, we would stay again in the future. ”

“Cool and quirky place. Had a blast sitting at the fire pit making a fire and listening to the river. The house has a sense of bringing the outdoors inside, like “trees” with short branches, in several spots. It’s cool, but might be an issue for young kids or older visitors. The main room TV was a bit of a mystery. A ROKU stick was plugged in but neither (there were 2) Roku remotes worked. Downstairs bedroom tv worked fine. ”

“The host was wonderful. The cabin and area are relaxtion perfection. My only complain is the walk up to the cabin door. In the picture you are viewing the basement which you do not have access to. The entry door is up a rock/gravel hill that is not easy to navigate. Overall though this was a wonderful place to stay for a mountain getaway. ”

“Could not make from florida nor my daughter and 4 grandkids from Maryland due to 2 catastophic hurricanes but there was zero compassion or compromise from vacasa so we lost $1,500”
