“1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate. 2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for. 3. Site manager calls someone else, I believe his son, latter tells me to cancel the Expedia resevation. Advised that it is already paid for on said platform. 4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible. 5. Told site……
