“Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food……

“We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.”

“Tynisha at the front desk was extremely helpful. Very courteous and constantly with a smile on. On the phone, She was very helpful and answered my questions. The facility was great.”

“I stayed here from May 3rd til 9th 2026. Great location, Easy check in/out. Only bad thing is the turn down service. You need to schedule it a day in advance and when you tried to schedule it, the staff that your supposed to schedule with are rarely there. The week I was their, only seen them once and I didn't have a turn down service at all..only bad thing about this place.”

“I booked this “resort” for the sheer amount of 5 star reviews it had and when I got there, I was severely disappointed by what I saw and received. The reviews mention that the staff is a 5/5 but when I first arrived they had guys standing around laughing and making slick comments about my transaction. I was not prepared for the “surprise $200 deposit” that was not mentioned beforehand. The following night I watched another gentlemen go through the “surprise fees” when he checked in and he said……

“Ok I came to the hotel for my birthday and I had a blast the staff was super nice and it helped that one of the managers had the same birthday as me Gemini season. They are very welcoming and accommodating”

“ALMOST everything was excellent. The room was adorable; the Nespresso in the room was a fantastic addition. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was so welcoming. THE In room snack options for purchase were a good addition and there were drinks for purchase as far as beer, wine etc. they also gave two complimentary bottles of water. All of this was a nice touch. They put coffee out everyday at 9am and had bug spray/sun lotions to use if needed. There were also cookies in the lobby……
