“I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say….
In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. So I can not in good conscience give this hotel a……

“The place is way beyond our expectations. It truly has notable character and somewhere I would prefer to “gate-keep” from others by not leaving a review to tell others about how much we enjoyed it. However, I had to leave a review because Susana and the staff at this property were above and beyond. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, plus it is very original and has great uniqueness. The area is peaceful and quiet, and promotes a great experience just outside of Santiago. The……
