"This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

"I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"This place was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the water park and all other things to do were always clean and enjoyable. There were always activities for kids to do as well. Overall a great time!!!"

"the rooms are very clean and comfortable; the staff was pleasant. this was the second time we stayed in this chain and both were well worth the money although the breakfast had much more variety in the first one and was better stocked than the one in Springfield NY but all and allit was a good stay and I would book this chain Again"
