“The house looked exactly as advertised. The house and beds were clean, cozy and comfortable. We cooked some meals at home and found everything, including a spice rack, we needed except a pan for oven use. The bathroom had a huge, (I'm jealous) closet with towels, first aid kit, soap and accessories you might need. The parking area was perfect. We drove our car into Boston. “We loved this quaint studio. It was spacious for the 2 of us with multiple places to sit, a fabulous kitchenette with everything we needed. The knife set was fabulous and included a knife sharpener. “Wonderful stay! Everything we needed to make our trip to Boston stress free was provided - extra chargers, bathrobes, lots of towels etc. The property is very spacious so we were each able to have our own room. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier and Ulrich was great at communicating. I would definitely stay again with no hesitation.”

“Sparkling clean beautiful apartment! I was very comfortable and appreciated the high end furnishings and amenities. The splits cooled the apartment down quite quickly after a hot day away. It was very quiet. A quick walk to a nearby lovely shopping center and fast uber to my daughter’s college dorm. Communication with the owner was very prompt and positive. I would stay again on my next visit to Boston!”

“Terrific neighborhood location, felt safe and was quiet, despite being a couple blocks from a busy area. I arrived about 45 minutes early and back porch had been locked but Dave was there and let me in and offered advice and showed me around. I called a cab to go to an evening Red Sox game - even though Fenway is pretty close it took 40 minutes to get there but the cost was very reasonable (much cheaper than driving and parking). The cab arrived about 10 minutes after calling for one. I……

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
