“I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. “辦理check in 的時候櫃台人員很細心講解飯店有的設施 以一個人住宿來說房間大小剛好, 但確實廁所稍微小了一點；比較可惜的是電梯需要加強維護與清潔。地理位置佳，步行約7分鐘左右可到地鐵站以及周邊波士頓景點”

“Excellent location. Easy access. Beautiful room. Extremely clean. Bed, linens, towels, soaps, lotions, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils...everything you could possibly need and all extremely nice. The living room area was super nice and comfy. A Roku device was included so there was plenty to watch and to do if you needed a TV.”

“Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues: 1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in 2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless 3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout 4. My key card was deactivated BEFORE checkout, elevator blocked—had to walk up 6 flights of stairs Terrible service, zero comfort, overpriced and not recommended at all.”
