“Breakfast was great. Room was nice and clean but the shower ceiling had what appeared to be mold. House cleaning staff did clean immediate area of concern.”

“Stay was good enough for what was needed. Great to have small kitchen and full size frig. Bathroom counter was too small and not enough towels were left for 2 guests. Stairs to the 2nd floor were steep. Entry with WiFi entry or codes was a bit confusing and if it wasn’t for onsite staff it would have been difficult to get help in a timely manner. Communications the day before the stay weren’t sent as promised and when calling for help the rep I talked with didn’t know how to resolve.”

“Tara at the front desk was wonderful. We checked in later than expected so we had reserved 2 rooms, they both were by the elevator. The room that faced the road was very noisy. I specifically ask for rooms away from the elevator.”
