“An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.”

“The property and house were so cute. You can see the time and effort that is taken to make it cozy. Fresh mums inside and out. The decor was perfect for the vintage house. Spotless by the way. Extra things everywhere! Sound machine, paper towels, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, fans, a/c... almost anything you are looking for. Our host was super nice and timely responded to all inquiries. Great information upfront! So many things to do and see just a short distance. I hope we get to go back!”

“Breakfast was very good. The only draw back not many seats available. Room is clean. ”

“The apartment was easy to locate, the off-street parking was spacious, and the host responded to questions quickly.”

“The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area.”

“There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass.”

“We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town.”

“This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. Several window……

“A truly lovely place, really so comfortable, and only a few minutes from the heart of Kennett Square. This is a great stay near many wonderful spots to enjoy in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful!”

“Nice, unique property. Well equipped. Would be great for a large group.”

“Linda's home is perfect for family traveling! Everything you need for cooking, washing, and just enjoying. The back yard and Patio were awesome for Thunderstorm watching. We'll be back !”

“Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! ”

“Great place for 2 just outside the town of West Chester, would definitely stay again!”

“Great property with great outdoor space. Host allowed us to set up a traveling volleyball net in the backyard which was great for the kids and the fire pit was great for our family reunion. Communication with the host was smooth. We had 14 people and there were enough beds, baths and parking spots to accommodate us all. The main floor bedroom and bath was key for our elderly parents as there are a lot of stairs and step up/down to go between rooms.”

“Beautiful space and excellent hosts! Super close to State Street/downtown Kennett Square. Home was exactly as listed- we especially loved the gorgeous kitchen!”

“Beautiful, peaceful spot perfect for 1-2 guests. The hosts were great at communicating and the price was very reasonable!”

“Excellent rental walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fenced in yard for the pup was a great surprise!”
