“It has mold in the living room ceiling and the plug by the coffee pot needs to be replaced soon”

“Loved the beach view and access right on the beach. Pet friendly was great too!!”

“The view was great, everything we needed there, and it was very clean... Location was GREAT. With that Climbing the extra stairs were hard on us we are in out 70s. Parking was tight for 6 cars. When we stay again it will be one of the 3 spots on the first level. We did have an issue and called they came right away and solved all issues. That was great.”

“This location was amazing. The owners of this location were very reasonable with everything and very accommodating to my family and I. The view was phenomenal and the community was so respectful and very nice. The golf cart ride on the beach was amazing as well. The house had everything we needed for my family of 6. We will definitely be making this a trip every year.”

“Had a great time. Hot outside and cold AC inside. Kitchen was accommodating and everything was conveniently accessible. The property was quiet … and worth returning to again. Two thumbs up.”

“Great place for an extended stay! Loved it’s close proximity to the beach!”

“Sadly run down. Sofa has cover over it - hides the sad and extremely uncomfortable reality. Stove is ancient, mismatched silverware sitting atop mini-microwave, condensation from ceiling vent drips onto the floor. Apparently driving on the beach is normal in Texas?? Makes use of the beach the opposite of what I would want. They did respond promptly when I indicated I wanted a refund if the frigid air coming in was not addressed - and there was no hot water.Skip this one.”

“Condos were built in 1961 and it shows. Right on the beach so location was 10 out of 10. The property was old and it showed it's age.”
