“The rooms were nice, beach access was great. ( bringing our beach wagon to the beach was a struggle however ) I have been in smaller bathrooms and showers before, but I can’t remember when….The bed was very comfortable, and the linen was great. Overall a very pleasant stay. Both Amber and January were very pleasant and professional.ThanksDoug and Sharon”

“Non drinkable aside hte unit was over priced for the condition it is in. Bathtub rusted and spigot cemented in. Kitchen cabinet dorrs falling off. Diningroom chair broken ( found this out when I sat on it and it came apart. Sofa torn and covered with a blanket. Overall, it was not a value stay. Great location but condition of unit pretty poo for the price. Would not recommend.”

“We stayed the weekend when my cousin visited from Arkansas. Communication was amazing! Matt’s condo was the perfect place right on the beach. Within driving distance to many restaurants night entertainment!”

“Sadly run down. Sofa has cover over it - hides the sad and extremely uncomfortable reality. Stove is ancient, mismatched silverware sitting atop mini-microwave, condensation from ceiling vent drips onto the floor. Apparently driving on the beach is normal in Texas?? Makes use of the beach the opposite of what I would want. They did respond promptly when I indicated I wanted a refund if the frigid air coming in was not addressed - and there was no hot water.Skip this one.”

“Our day was absolutely fabulous. As you have a beach view right from the back balcony, and if you choose to go above, you have a wonderful view there as well at night when the sun goes down there’s a porch on the front that is screened in with a table That you can enjoy without the night bugs bothering you. The place was clean and wonderful as me and my new wife just got married on Saturday, October 18. This is where we came. Will never forget it recommended to anyone I’ve stayed in many and...
