“Our stay here was great the house was clean and inviting and the views did not disappoint. We don’t most of the time on the beach or balconies but when we stayed inside the furniture was comfy and the beds were nice. Well decorated and smelled really nice. Had plenty of plates utensils and dishes and a Kuerig which was a plus. The only thing is bring your own pods there were none but stores around open early. Also the stairway to the door is narrow so don’t overload your arms when unpacking. But……

“We were here to recharge at the ocean under the full moon, and it was wonderful! The condo is comfortable, clean, and has a lot of amenities onsite. I loved the perfect view, the quiet private patio, and the working elevator! The slightly lower score that I gave for the Communication and Accuracy sections of this review are only because I specifically asked if there is a grill we could use, and I was told it was on our patio. Because we brought our dog, we could not use the grills on the pool……

“Overall had a great time and Pointe West is a nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s near the beach club and was as advertised. The only negative was that items in the storage unit shown in the listing. 1 pop up tent had zippers that were corroded shut which I did not notice until after we took it to the beach. I returned it and took another back to the beach and then noticed it was broken while setting it up. The cart does work and there are other beach toys. Overall I definitely would recommend but……

The host communicated well, the property was clean and the host was not overly picky about how the property is used; they just basically asked us to treat the property the way we would treat our own home. The check in process and check out process was very easy. We had a sick child the day we checked in and we were so glad we were able to get in a little early! Also, there are a couple of very nice balconies to sit and hear the gulf. The property grounds are……
