“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“The front desk staff were as helpful as possible, but the manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Not only was she rude to hotel guests, she was rude to her staff. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness her patronizing the staff in front of a crowded lobby. The front desk staff would try to help and she would undermine what they were trying to do, which was pretty poor customer service. The room wasn't terrible for the price, it could've been cleaner and it would've benefitted from being……

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“We stayed in one of the cabin rooms and it was a great experience. Tons of room- even for an air mattress- and it was incredibly clean. With a beach nearby, our room had a broom and dustpan right by the entrance so you can keep things clean. The room came with a fridge and microwave, as well as a small table and chairs. Outside of the room was a little porch-style setup that had a patio furniture type bench and table so you could sit outside. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon……

“I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working.……

“Probably the dirtiest, most run-down property I've ever stayed at. The furniture might've been trash-picked off the curb, the beds looked slept-in, with cigarette burns in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), the power sockets were caving into the wall, and the sink was blocked with vape components and... fungus? I'd sleep in my car before staying here again. I recommend bulldozing the place and starting again. The receptionist was pleasant, helpful and oblivious to the quality of the rooms.”

“i liked the pool area, although i didn't get to use it, i liked the look of it. the continental breakfast was good. i loved their coffee machine options. both my husband and i got vanilla cappuccinos which were delicious. the rooms are spacious and include microwave and fridge which was convenient. the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. the property is outdated, it could use a little bit of sprucing up, but over all it was clean and convenient.”
