“The room was basic but clean. The pool was cloudy…like milk so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. It looked like it had just been shocked. The front desk didn’t have a corkscrew and staff blamed it on a previous guest saying they didn’t return it. That’s not hospitality! The in room coffee was undrinkable (Mother Parker’s)). The free breakfast was ok…nothing special…cold boiled egg, cereal,etc but I was happy that they had gluten free bread. The breakfast staff woman was friendly and hard……

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working.……
