Not Just A Condo, But An Experience

Every year we go on a family ski trip, and this has been the best yet. The condo has everything you need to be cozy. THE WALK TO THE LIFT is literally five of the most breathtaking minutes you will have in the day. So nice. Beds are so comfy. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Loved it. Needed some help with a lock and they came right away.

Great location

We spent President's Day weekend and overall had a very good experience and would recommend. Location was great. Not true ski in-out. But easy access. 5 minute easy mostly flat walk to the Quicksilver lift on a pathway along the river. For return, there is a break in the fence near the lift with a shortcut where you can almost ski back in, but we didn't find this right away though. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The dishwasher has seen better days (racks kept coming off track) but everything else was great. Loved the dining/family room area, couch was very cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. As others have noted, the king size bed in the master bedroom is so very uncomfortable - hard as can be, and we did not sleep well. The kids were comfortable in the queens and daybed. A few of the furnishings are older or temporary (ie, a few lamps on folding TV dinner type trays) but overall, plenty of space for all. The three bathrooms was a treat for us, especially with two teenagers. Communication is through the management company but no issues. Check-in was easy. (Don't forget to use the parking pass! We arrived at 11pm and didn't put it out right away... came back to our rental with a warning sticker adhered to the window which took almost half an hour to scrub off.) Overall, great location, lots of space, nice enough furnishings. We had a good experience and can recommend. O

Cozy and cute but Not ski n ski out

Struggled to find the unit as it is described as “205” but all units had a letter (a, b or c) following the numbers on the door. The walk to the lift was a hike. Def not ski I /out. The hot tub was also a 5-7 min walk across the road. . Nice Hottub’s but the walk back to the unit was COLD. Unit was cozy with a fire place. The double bedroom bath was dirty.

Perfect spot for us!

We loved this condo, and couldn't have been happier with it. Close enough to walk everywhere downtown, a great pool and hot tubs, and we loved the river sounds from the deck. I highly recommend it!

Perfect place on the river and walking distance to town

We love this area of Breckenridge. It is quiet, right on the river, has a pool and hot tub, and is walking distance to town. The condo was very nice - clean and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable and 3 bathrooms is a definite plus. We will stay here again!

No hot water

The unit is pretty much exactly as expected. Location was great! Bad part is we arrived and not until later that evening we realized we had no hot water. Manager sent maintenence - we thought it was fixed - next evening - no hot water - we enjoyed 2 nights of all day skiing and we were unable to shower- I understand that these things happen but the owner has not responded to my request for some sort of compensation

Perfect Vacation

We enjoyed a perfect stay at this condo. We had all that we needed for our five children and ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen. Short distance to the hot tub. Would recommend!

Great condo, poor sleep

We loved this condo with a couple exceptions. The balcony overlooks a river, so we kept the backdoor open to fill the condo with the sound of flowing water. This truly gave it a peaceful mountain woods feel, plus the condo backs up to forest. The place seemed very clean. Size was great for 5 gals. Our main complaints were that the beds were very very firm, and there were no fans whatsoever. Without A/C in the middle of summer, the condo was hot and stagnant at night. We all slept poorly as a result. Some simple improvements would be adding pillowtop mattresses, or at least 1-2 softer mattresses, and having some box fans or the like available. Still had a lovely time!

Lovely and peaceful

Close to perfect!

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The ice maker was full upon arrival, good array of spices, oils and condiments. Plenty of space for our things closets and drawers were empty with lots of hangers. Master bed was very firm but also quite comfortable. Washer and dryer are Bosch and worked great. Garbage and parking were close and easy. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and kids loved the pool. Hot Tubs were popular but we enjoyed chatting with others and it was close. Cut straight across versus going through driveway. Definitely Ski In especially following paths through the woods. Short trek to lifts, kids handled it fine. A few things to note. The second bedroom cable box wasn't hooked up, also both remotes were without batteries. After finding batteries from another remote and switching them back and forth hooking up the cable was easy enough. The next day batteries were brought upon request. The unit is accessed through a shared hallway which was nice. There is a shallow ski closet, was told the deadbolt on the closet matched a key from the unit but we didn't find that to be the case. But we did use the closet for our skis and it worked well. Darker or light blocking curtains or blinds for the master would be a nice addition. The unit is on the second floor and you hear noise from above. For the most part we couldn't hear voices but you can hear when people are walking around. On our last night there was a very loud after hours party somewhere above us. People were screaming and chatting and having a great time:) I assume someone had it stopped as the noise ended abruptly around 2:30. It was a sour note to end our otherwise great stay.

Very nice place

The pros: beautifully decorated, nice fireplace and kitchen. Loved the games but a lager Jenga would be great The cons: hot tub location is a hike (unexpected) and completely jammed. The master bed is hard as a rock. Overall experience was superb

Large, convenient, great!

The property is large and comfortably furnished. We had a great trip! Contrary to some other reviews it is in fact ski-in ski-out. Our children including a preschooler made the short trek to the lifts every day without any trouble. Great place to stay!

Comments on property

The lights on either side of the master bedroom bed do not work. Made it hard to read in bed. The fireplace did not work, there is a light out in the Dining room chandelier. Property was advertised as a ski-in-out place, not accurate. Long walk to the #9 lift.

Sweet cozy condo

We really enjoyed our time at this location. It was just our small family of 4 and it was perfect. Though i think a family of 5 would have also fit just fine.

False Advertising

Pictures are not accurate of location of hot tub or pool. There also is only one pool and small hot tub shared by like 10 condos. About a 150 yard walk in the middle of winter. Fire place also only worked one day.
