“I enjoyed my stay however the resort needs an update. The building needs renovations and it could be an amazing place. The location and views are beautiful, the hot springs are nice. ”

“Para empezar, debido a que es verano, no hay servicio de habitaciones salvo cada cuatro días. La recepción cierra a las siete de la tarde, por lo que es muy difícil conseguir cosas básicas como papel higiénico o toallas. Además, hubo una contaminación bacteriológica en el agua corriente, por lo que tuvimos que usar agua mineral para todo. A pesar de eso, no ofrecieron ninguna disculpa.”

“I did not like the virtual lobby. They did not service our room, no fresh towels, cleaning, etc. We complain to the virtual assitant and had no response.”

“We loved the location and all of the amenities in the home. It was great to have our own garage and hot tub. It was easy to ski to the lift and get back to the place at the end of a ski day. We’d come again!”

“Stayed there with my friends for a photo trip and it was the best part. We stayed in the cabin so all had our own beds. That place had everything you could want for a nice Banff stay… maybe except a TV … we needed to watch our twilight saga … WiFi might also be a bit hard to get but not a dealbreaker at all… plus you would get off your phone anyways hahah ”

“Good location for ski in / out. Easy contactless check in / out. As advertised - good for outdoor (skiing) rec stay. Apex has very little other than excellent outdoor rec, so if you're looking for a choice of Rolex dealers near your stay, go to another location. If you're looking for good affordable stay at a ski / snowboard place, this is it. Minimal, but good hotel room cooking makes the stay even more affordable, but shop before you go, as there are minimal resort options.”
