“酒店位置好，離滑雪車只需 8分鐘步行；房間大，而房間設施非常齊備，自己煮食無難度；酒店有熱水池，對玩到疲倦的客人，是一個貼心的設施；最後必耍提的一點，就是有位要表揚的男員工 Rhys，他主動對客人有善的協助，當我們最後一天，在早上10時已經退房後，他不但讓我們的行李安心保管在酒店內，他還給我們優待，讓我們在完成滑雪後，已是下午 4時多，還可使用酒店內的設施。這酒店貼心的安排及員工積極的協助，是給客人的一份禮遇和滿足 ! 我推薦這是一好服務的酒店。”

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room……

“The elevator did not work for 24 hrs from 10:00 at night till 10 in the morning . This was terrible for Check out.also not good instructions to do check in”

“This is a time share property but meticulously maintained. Top appliances and materials used throughout. Service is through a hotel just next door, but they get things done quickly. Very friendly staff. Had one night that the property parking was full and I had to park outside across the street in the open (at their arrangement as well), and they gladly waived my parking fee for that night. The only thing I was surprised that the property didn't provide was bathrobes and sleepers. But I was……

“WOOZA!!! the advertisement does not do justice you have to be there to truly experience the essence of what nature has to offer right in front of you is the huge rocky mountain. Thank you to the people built this magnificent place. This is the very first time I really relaxed, felt peaceful and just to stare at the rocky mountain without tv. “The hose keeping person came inside without knocking at 10.30 am where in my check out was at 11am. During checkin the room was not provided early then why we expected to leave early. The check outs are rushed invading guests privacy”
