The room was the expected size. I use this hotel everywhere I go. But this one wasn't clean to the best of it's ability. We seen roaches in the bathroom. I took pictures. When I went down stairs the next day to check out, I was showing the front desk employee the picture and they act as if they didn't need to see the picture and said "I believe you", as if they knew about the rodents. I never seen any cleaning staff to report it to so that's why I waiting until check out to advise of that. Also, the knob on the shower was loose. We had to call downstairs to get cover on the pull out bed. Other than that, the stay was ok for one night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious and comfortable, but did show some wear & tear (stains on the chair, a missing light fixture and rust in the bathroom). It seemed more like age and normal use than a cleanliness issue, but the room could definitely use some updating. Overall great experience.
