“Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing ”

“Clean and spacious apartment with working A/C and a great location. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Self check-in was tedious, requiring passport/ID and contact details for every guest. They also tried to charge a city tax that was about 5x higher than the actual rate.”
