“Great location and excellent communications with staff. Apartment was good and clean. They allowed early check in and late out. Simon was very helpful and guided us. Carrying luggage up or down 3 to 4 flights of stairs is not good. They must have a system of helping customers do that.”

“There is no sign there, hard to find the place. Tried to contact the front desk but the line is dis-connected. We end up finding other place to stay.”

“The beds and floors needs upgrading for certain rooms. The management was quite good and helped swap rooms but no one wants to pack and unpack! Location is good as it was a quite street and just 10/15 mins walk to Public transport.”

They responded quickly to our questions about day trips and even helped with a birthday celebration, which made us feel very well looked after. On arrival, we were delighted with the apartment. “Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!”
