"Had a two night stay booked. I left after one night. There was no blackout curtain, so it was like Times Square all night. I was not confident they would fix the issue when reported the next day. The neighbors were noisy all night and I could hear them through the walls/door. I was next to elevator and because door wasn’t sealed at all I could hear all the rude people being noisy in the hall ways."

"Overall, this place was great. Clean. Helpful staff. Everything worked well. Minor gripes were small: sink faucet was barely over the edge of the side of the sink. People with large hands have an issue with this. Breakfast had good coffee and juice. Food offerings were meager and not replenished quickly. Still 4.5 stars. I would return."

"Unfortunately, our experience with our 2 booked rooms was significantly impacted by a severe power outage that began around 3am and continued well past 9:30am when we decided to just leave and check out. Our kids' sleeping machines became unusable due to the outage, the AC failed all night during the Texas summer heat leaving us sweating, the bathrooms were pitch black making them inconvenient to use. Additionally, one member with us was an elderly woman in her mid‑70s with a weak ankle. With the elevator out, we had to assist her down three flights of stairs in a dark stairwell, which became an issue with accessibility. One reason we chose this hotel was the later checkout (12pm) and included breakfast. However, we were unable to take advantage of either and had to pay out of pocket elsewhere. At approximately 3:30am, I went to the front desk to express my concerns. The staff member on duty responded with, "This is not my problem," which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. While we understand that storms and outages are beyond anyone's control, customer service and guest support are not. The morning of checkout, the front desk employee said to email the general manager and we did. We have yet to receive a follow up response regarding any type of refund for this disappointing stay. The property was clean, rooms and beds themselves were comfortable."

"The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. There were broken and damages clearly visible from the front entrance, stairwell, and rooms that would leave many uneasy. Nothing looks comfortable to sit on let allow to sleep. I canceled my reservation within the first 15-minutes of being there and was upset that I was still penalized with a night of stay."
