“Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”. They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway. "Nice place. We got a free update during our first night and also stayed in a standard room the second night. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful. For instance, we had a very loud group on our floor (at 23:00!), called the front desk which swiftly solved the problem."
