“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. “The property is amazing. Beautiful inside and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructions they provided for arriving and checking in were very welcome as we came from the US. It's right in old town so there's no shortage of shops and excellent food nearby. However at night as it's a popular area it was a bit noisy at night - nothing that bothered me and nothing the property owners could do anything about, of course. I recommend this property as it's very nice inside……
