"I was very surprised by the place. The room is perfect for solo travel or a couple who doesn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room. I loved the decorations in it. Even though it was small it felt very homey. The bed was nice the pillows were kind of flat though. The hotel has a very nice lobby and courtyard to read/have wine/hangout. They even have a coffee shop and bar. I wish the coffee was open later then 11am though on weekdays and I wish the bar opened earlier then 5 but it was a really nice unexpected perk to the hotel. I walked to pounce market place. I would 100% stay in this hotel again. "
"Excellent room with facilities and a great view of downtown Atlanta. Breakfast and valet services were also very good.
However room service/front desk line were not very responsive when called via intercom. Need to improve on this. "
"From the time we arrived (valet) to checking out(today), everything and everyone was AMAZING.
VALET, always had a smile, was so helpful and personable, such a joy
FRONT DESK, Marlon... He's such a bright light, funny, so down to earth!
The lady at the mini drink stand(I'm sorry I forgot her name) she's beautiful inside and out!
HOUSEKEEPING, so nice and sweet
BREAKFAST, Tash(Taj), was such a joy. She was working the tables alone initially and handled it like a star. Her manager (I didn't get his name... Wearing a nice blue suit, bald head, facial hair) asked her "honey are you up here alone? What do you need help with". That made my hubby and I smile.
Later that day,the manager was talking to a lady wearing a pretty floral dress, I'm assuming she's part of the manger team, they were so kind and told me happy birthday (everyone who knew it was my birthday made me feel special).
I didn't want to forget anything above...now for my review
Walking in is beautiful. Again, EVERYONE was so nice, always smiling. Check-in with Marlon was top notch!
Elevators ran great, always clean. The hallway was always clean. The gym is nice and clean!
Our room was clean and very nice(thank you again Marlon). My only sad face was the bed. For us, it's toooo soft and the pillows. The bathroom light, I wish had better lightening for doing makeup. But, it won't stop us from booking the SHANE!
Valet parking is 50 per night but you can prepay for a slight discount. "
"The staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, though the selection was largely the same each day. The bed and room were comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located for my needs"
"We arrived extremely late and the staff and management was so gracious and supportive to us and allowed us a late checkout so as to sleep and recover after a funeral for our Uncle. "
"The staff was super friendly, and helpful. On of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in throughout my travels. As soon as I walked in you could smell how clean it was and you're greeted with friendly smiles. Definitely would highly recommend. "
"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and I loved that it had a coffee maker (which many hotels don’t have anymore!).
The bathroom was a bit small but totally functional. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
My only comment is that the restaurant menu felt a bit limited, but everything looked nice. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
"The staff was knowledgeable, the prices were comparable. Working with the reservations we’re very easy. The staff was very kind and served with a smile. Thank you for our stay in Atlanta, Georgia. Our future services will be with your organization. "
