The main issue i had with the room was along the baseboards and corners of the room, you cou see clearly the dust and dirt. The window next to the balcony door was very dirty. They need to pit more time a d effort i to cleaning . I almost wanted to clean it myself. In my opinion no matter how affordable a hotel is, it should always be kept in top tier shape. But it served its purpose."

"When I arrived for check in, the staff claimed there was no rooms available. They also claimed that Expedia did not book the room correctly. After Expedia booked me a completely different hotel, HVC then tells me they have a queen bed available. That’s not what I reserved the room for. It should have been 2 queen beds. Well today I discover they charged my credit card. I’m not exactly sure for what but I will be requesting an immediate refund."
