“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach cottage. The views of Lake Superior were stunning. It was like having our own private beach for the week with Lake Superior only a few steps away. The summer porch was a favorite and got lots of use.”

“The started off a little rocky, but our host was most helpful. We enjoyed wonderful weather (even thunderstorms in the UP are amazing), saw unmatched natural beauty, and managed to find a few special rocks. We definitely will come back.”

“Lots of room, great cooking supplies for making meals, access to the shore, kayaks and fishing poles, books and games for rainy days. We have been here multiple times, and it's honestly one of our favorite places ”

“The house was immaculate. The beds were so comfy. The house provided ample space for all of my family to get together and celebrate Easter. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to prepare several large dinners for everyone. I loved sitting in the front room drinking morning coffee and watching ships pass on the lake. We were even able to see Isle Royale one morning. ”

“The cabin was as pictured, in a great location and those working the property were extremely friendly and accommodating - especially Rob, he's a true gem! Just an FYI for future guests - we didn't have cell service (Verizon) even with it being just outside of town and the WiFi was spotty unless you were outside on the front deck. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return! ”

“Perfect home base for our son’s graduation from MTU. The cottage was spotless and cozy. Location was a quick 30” trip into Houghton but far enough away from tech to avoid the congestion of a graduation weekend. Such a gem to be located right on beautiful Lake Superior. We’ve already booked a stay for next year! ”
