“We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. It was a great space for 4 people with two beds & two full baths for a great price. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to downtown Fishtown or we even walked during……

“This room was perfect for a one night stay in Philadelphia! As out of state guests, the location is perfect for walking to close shops and food. The ONLY thing that we had an issue with was parking and NOT but the fault of the owner. It is a very just city and parking was atrocious, but the host gave us maps of all the places to park. We ended up parking in a public lot about 10 min walking distance away and we had no issues. The minimalism of this rental was perfect for 2 guests”

“Overall, we had a nice weekend. A couple of things, though. The right bedroom window is stuck open about 4”. It looked to me that the window frame was broken and couldn’t come the full way down. Also, it would help to have the condo listed as a second floor rental so persons with disabilities are aware of that before renting.”

“The amenities were more then plentiful. We stayed over night after a show at the met so location was amazing. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again if we have another show.”

“Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location.”

“The apartment was in a perfect location and provide indoor parking which was AWESOME!!! We were able to walk and drive effortlessly to everything we did while in Philly! My wife said we would rent again next year on our return trip. The owner was great/flexible to work with. Our only feedback would be to possibly leave a small container / pack for dishwasher and washer/dryer.”

“The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. Also, the walls were so thin that the neighbor's TV was plainly audible (I could hear every word of dialogue as though it……

“We book regularly with Elizabeth; this being our 4th stay in the past 2 years. She is always responsive. The unit is always neat and clean and the linens are fresh and crisp. Building and neighborhood are safe and convenient”

“Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. Location was within 10 min of where we needed to be and Reading Terminal Market was close by. ”

“The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. Near to SPROUTS (a Whole Foods alternative) coffee shops and the exciting Passyunk neighborhood for delicious eats. Check out BARCELONA for great tapas. And say hi to Danielle.”
