“The rooms are not sound proof, so it was noisy when other hotel guests get in and out of their rooms, or even passed by while talking. We were woke up by other guests who checked out early around 6am.”
“The rooms were quiet, however looked tired and worn. The paint was chipped and walls dirty. There was fluff build up on the skirting boards. Our room was not serviced totally, towels not changed and bed not made. Curtains were broken in places and not hanging properly
The location is good, close to hotels and cafe. Washer and dryer in our room was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful ”

I think a book on what local or close by eg coffee recommendations, cafes and activities would be helpful given location means we have to drive to anything.

“Gorgeous old property, large upstairs room, stairs were a little tricky but not unmanageable, one of the MOST comfortable beds we’ve enjoyed in a hotel, bar staff/reception staff a little aloof but kitchen staff so friendly and helpful, room had been warmed for our arrival, we were surprised to find many ants in the bathroom and kitchen but truly, our overnight stay was comfortable, quiet and just what we needed after a long drive from Sydney ”
