Bathroom/laundry - no exhaust fan, sink plug does not work, shower base floods, lighting dim with some bulbs not working, door does not lock. Kitchen- sink plug does not seal therefore unable to wash up, need to use dishwasher however no dishwasher tablets initially provided - had to text owner to get some. Bed - only 3 pillows which were all flat ones. No access to room service. Location was good……

"Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine."
