- Ideally located in the best area of Cannes, between rue d'Antibes (50 meters) and La Croisette (100 meters), at only 50 meters from the famous Carlton Hotel. This area is very quiet and residential, but the Carré d'Or, the hearth of nightlife in Cannes, is just at 5 minutes walking. Within a distance of few hundred meters, you will get the best of Cannes : the beach, luxury shopping, restaurants, Palais des Festivals (10 minutes walking). The flat is very comfortable and has been entirely redecorated 2 years ago.
