“The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from……

“The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'”

“We love staying at Dune Crest! The staff (notably Trinidad) are exceptionally friendly, Helen in reception is an absolute gem - her warmth and humor always makes us feel so welcome and at home. The property has had many lovely upgrades in the past year and the landscaping is beautiful. We had a large room with a balcony ( I believe they all have balconies, now) I did miss having a larger table or desk to play cards or games or even use a computer on a rainy day, and, for such a large……

“When booking I requested and was confirmed to be ocean view first floor and upon check in was given second floor . I was not able to get right on the beach because all rooms were booked. Otherwise stay was good. I was also surprised that our room rate did not include one parking spot and had to pay an additional $25 per night to park. I'm not sure any guests walk there so everyone will have a vehicle.”
