“Great location and a good value! The space is small, but if you’re spending most of your time at the beach, it has everything you need. The location is super convenient, and it’s especially nice being able to walk right across the street to The Skipper restaurant.The check-in process was easy and straightforward, and communication with the host was great throughout our stay.The only thing to note is that the shower is quite small and the ceiling height may be uncomfortable for anyone who is……

“We were extremely pleased with every aspect of your vacation rental. The home had everything we needed including a location close to our family. The yard and adjacent neighborhood was perfect for walking our boxer. Highly recommend this rental and plan on returning again.”

“A wonderful stay at this charming and well-located property on the Cape. We used this as a base for our family for a week as part of a longer multi-stop New England/Toronto vacation and found it to be welcoming and homely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it and return! We especially enjoyed being on Jenkins Pond which is lovely for walks and swimming.A few minor points preventing a perfect score: cleanliness very good but not quite perfect, a previous guests……

“I would definitely come back! The cottage was very clean, just as it was shown in the photos, and so conveniently located. I enjoyed the extra touches of the “spa” products and loved the outdoor shower—-in fact, if it’s warm enough, don’t bother with the indoor shower ( probably the smallest shower stall I’ve ever seen) but go right to the luxurious experience of showering outside. The kitchen was well equipped and when there were no coffee filters, some were delivered to my door early the next……
