“Location is excellent. Because I love to be outdoors, didn't spend much time in the room. The room could use a renovation.”

“酒店离海边很近，海边餐厅也多，有一家很有名的Shardowbook餐厅也在附近，初学者可以在海边冲浪。酒店的早餐可以送到房间里哦”

“Be prepared for paid parking”

“Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere.”

“Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.”

“Thank you for your hospitality! Great location with a beautiful view!”

“Incredible location with comfortable accommodations! Parking in the garage was key! So close to the beach and a wealth of shops and restaurants!”

“Such a cute and charming little place walking distances the beach, shops ,and restaurants. My family and I loved our stay and would definitely would stay here again!”

Only the downstairs bedroom and laundry are accessible by walker. Living, Kitchen and Dining are all upstairs making communication with the rest of the family near impossible. The fireplace did not work. String lights outside did not work. Beds are waaaay too hard. Nice place, but not if someone has physical challenges. Check ahead of time to make……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was stocked well. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we liked the up graded bathrooms. We especially loved having the rooftop patio to relax in the sun and the privacy was a plus. Thank you for your quick responses to our questions. You were very helpful.”

“Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was……
