They are in the middle of renovations. Friendly staff. The room was clean, but very outdated and run down. I just needed a place to sleep so wasn't being picky. Especially since the price was insanely cheap.

Let me start with the newly renovated room was pretty nice. The biggest issue with the hotel is it is under major renovation. The exterior is getting ground work and landscaping done. Upon arrival you don't know where to go to check in. There really needs to be better signage do to construction. It was a decent place to stay at the price point bur just know that there is some construction mess to deal with.

I have a picture from a picture outside my room. The sound was low from the backhoe and so I figured I would turn off tv as I was tired, I feel asleep with that digging outside the hotel window. I watched earlier and was rather impressed with his craft and how quite considering.

The motel, which I believe was once a Quality Inn, is undergoing extensive remodeling. Much of it does not affect the one wing of rooms, but the perimeter of the exterior is extensively dug up and I believe the one wing of rooms is closed for remodeling. The room was fine and very clean and good deal for the price. My room was close to the temporary entrance and the door closed with a loud thud that seemed to happen consistently. That would be my main complaint.
