“Great house - the kids loved the foosball table and the hot tub. The adults loved the hot tub and the view from the hot tub. Close to many attractions - tide pooling at Shell Beach, rolling down the sand dunes and kayaking at Salmon Creek. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. House had almost everything we needed - the only thing we needed but could not find were the BBQ utensils.”

“This was our second time staying at the Sea Star Haven and would gladly stay again. The short walk to the beach (if you take the hill/rock path) always provides amazing views. The house is well stocked for cooking and the hot tub, air hockey, and pool table never fail to keep everyone entertained. The double set of washers and dryers are super helpful as well. ”

“We loved waking up to the view of the ocean and watching the surfers with coffee in hand. In the evenings we enjoyed watching the sunsets and the deer; the little fawns jumping and playing with mamas nearby. All so peaceful!We are in our mid-60's and the walk down to the beach was doable. But, we walk regularly. Some our age and older might need to drive to the main beach parking lot a short drive to the south for a more level walk on the sand.Thank you to our host, Jerry, who is a wonderful……

“Loved the location! Beautiful views and lots of wildlife if thats your jam. We had deer, raccoons, birds, rabbits and even a skunk come visit us on the deck over the space of a week. ”

“This is a very solid property which we enjoyed quite a bit. The view is nice, the space was clean and quiet, and the hot tub worked. The layout was a bit hard to discern until we arrived, the two queen beds are in one structure with the bathroom, it would be close quarters for two adult couples but was great for us as just one couple, would be great for two separate individuals or a couple with kids. A couple reviews mentioned a smell in the living room, there was a bit of a stale odor but it……

“What a wonderful house. The floor plan is a little wild when you first see it, but it works perfectly. It was close to the river, the redwood park, and the beach. Just perfect! I would come again and stay in the beautiful house!”

“Our family enjoyed staying at this working vineyard house. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. House could use a little updating but nothing was non functional. Our 13 and 9 year old boys loved feeding the goats right next to the property.”
