“No one mentioned the treacherous stairs leading into into the bathroom. Try that at night when the light switch is in the bathroom which you can only get to via the stairs. Very expensive (as other properties on the coast are) for very little return.”

“I payed for 2 rooms expecting to be next to each other , I was told it’ll be on 2 different locations . Explained I needed rooms together, only to find out later that if I want rooms next to each other I had to wait for a hour or so to be ready. We got our 2nd room after 5 or so . I have the name of person who waited on us but don’t like to share his name … needs some customer / visitor service experience. Also your check in time sucks , so much money for such late check in.”
