I enjoyed my stay at the Franklin Inn. Coming back into Carrabelle during the July 4th holiday to visit family friends/ god-kids and to move out of my previous studio was a lot but thankfully The Franklin Inn made the beginning of my leg of the trip easy and comfortable. Thank you!

Our room was nice and clean, the staff was fantastic and super sweet. Loved them, the king sized bed was comfortable and the ac made the room nice and comfy. However, the shower was an accident waiting to happen. The floor of the shower was slippery so I threw a towel down for traction, there was nowhere to place shampoo or soap except on the toilet, there were no bars to hold onto. My husband is disabled so this made taking a shower extremely difficult. Fix this and we would love to come back the next time we’re in Carrabelle.

Parking was easy but a little down from the room. Room was ok. Lots of shops nearby including one right next door. Grocery store and the beach along with restaurants only less than a minute away. Most people were friendly, including the staff.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional assistance and cordiality. However, we encountered several significant issues during our stay. Our room was not adequately cleaned, with trash not emptied and broken bars of soap found in the shower, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, there were no towels provided, and the floor was littered with debris, including a used bandaid. Furthermore, the sink exhibited a brown or black film residue that we had to clean ourselves using our own Lysol wipes. While the staff and owner expressed sincere apologies, their actions did not instill a sense of comfort or assurance that we would be able to return to the hotel.
