“Fantastix stay. Huw was very friendly and communicative both before and during our stay. The property has everything we needed, nice comfy beds, good kitchen area (including more utensils and other equipment than normal in rentals) and confortable sitting area. Parking is really easy, location is really quiet but close to the main road and town. ”

“A grand property with lots of space, rooms & parking Fully equipped with everything you need and more We had a range of ages from 0-80 and there was lots to do for everyone: hot tubs, snooker, air hockey, tv, and a perfect venue for a game of children’s hide & seek! Couldn’t fault it we had the best weekend, brought in private caterers for an 3 course meal and partied in the cellar bar.. all in all made memories as a family that we will treasure ”

“3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space……

“Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. ”

“Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb.”

“What a gorgeous place! Everything you could need for a break in beautiful grounds. And fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our two year old wants to move in permanently. Thank you!”

“Beautifully updated house. A fantastic job was done to retain the character of the home, but update it to modern amenities and comforts. Directions to access the property were clear, making it easy to locate and enter. My only suggestion would be to provide some basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap in the shower, more toilet paper (we had to go purchase toilet paper as there was a small supply provided). ”

“The property lived up to our expectations. There was enough in the mansion for everybody to enjoy despite the wide age range. Further afield there were lovely walks and of course Great Yarmouth for a swim in the sea. ”

“Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still……
