“We were very happy with how easy it was to get to this location, the cleanliness of the place and the comfort of the bed and pillows! An amazing bang for your buck as the hotel rooms down the street were $300/night more....without a kitchen! Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel without the congestion of the towns. We also went kayaking at the Elkhorn Slough...about a 10 min drive!! We will be back, without a doubt!!!”

“It was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised, which seemed almost too good to be true! We had a wonderful time there. It was very close to the beach, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the quaint but vibrant downtown. As advertised, the parking space was tight, but a medium size SUV could fit in nicely, and any parking in Capitola is a big bonus!!”

“The location was perfect and so close to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind. Pros- working tv with cable, hot tub was hot and clean, plates were nice and plentiful, beds were incredibly comfortable from the mattress to the sheets, couch was comfy. Cons- the trash in the kitchen was completely full when we arrived(we had to take it out). the bath tub in the master bedroom was dirty with hair in the tub from the person before us. The dryer in the outdoor laundry room was……

“We had a wonderful time. The unit is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The photos are a little generous in terms of the space. There are some low ceilings and the layout is a little different than how the photos present, but you won't be disappointed. It's a great spot.”

The condo was clean, cute, and well appointed with amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“This unit is small but quite suitable for a couple/individual. It's very close to Lover's Point and the Ocean Blvd walking path. We walked over to Lighthouse Ave Starbucks and enjoyed the beautiful historical homes along the way. We also walked to the Grove easily for supplies. The only problem for us was not enough heat. The portable heater was fine in the bedroom.”

“This very sweet motel is smack dab in the middle of Carmel Valley close to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It is extremely convenient, safe, and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to try to make your stay as wonderful as possible. They are very generous with Keurig pods, water, and little things that are nice to have in a motel like wine opener and cheese knife. Don't hesitate to stay in this truly lovely motel.”
