Award winning historic ocean front home with beautiful Spanish revival decor overlooking Monterey Bay. Ideally situated for walking to Pacific Grove, Cannery Row, Monterey Aquarium and Fisherman's Wharf. Fine dining, bars and shopping are a short stroll away. Convenient access for 17 mile drive, Carmel and Big Sur. A spectacular home in a World famous location.

Great Stay

Beautiful view in a well stocked property in outstanding location. Hosts live in upstairs part of the duplex and were extremely welcoming and responsive. A lovely stay.

Perfect spot!

We loved this house! Great views of the bay and wildlife-otters and seals everyday plus birds and whales! The house was so clean and very quiet-the best sleep of our vacation! Jane was extremely helpful and flexible. Their home is an 8 minute walk to restaurants or the aquarium. Neighborhood is very quiet and parking is easy! We’d definitely stay again!

Best location and amazing views

You can’t beat the location and views from this perfect house. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. We sat outside and watched dolphins, otters, and seals in the water. Walkable to restaurants and the aquarium. We loved it and would return again.

Truly memorable!

Fantastic location and beautifully appointed unit! Owner was super organized and welcoming. Sitting on that front patio with a glass of wine, fire pit, overlooking the ocean and hearing the crashing waves was a dream come true!

Incredible location!

Thanks to Jane and her absolutely beautiful home Grandpa and I have the most fantastic stay with our two granddaughters! I couldn't recommend this place more! The home is comfortable and lovely and the view is fantastic! We enjoyed being able to walk to Cannery Row and also to sit on our patio and watch dolphins and sea otters!

a short visit to Monterey

Terrific! We have visited Monterey several times over the past few years as our daughter is at school in the bay area. This is the best place we stayed. It is a very comfortable layout with two nice bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Nice kitchen, comfortable living area. But the best thing is location. The patio area looks right out at Monterey Bay and the fire pit there was warm and made it so inviting to sit out in the evenings and listen tot he sounds of the bay. The indoor fireplace was also great. A super nice place to stay for a small family or two couples. We'll stay again!

Amazing!

We decided to splurge a little on this place and it was such a great decision! The host is incredible - communicative and super helpful. The place is amazing - clean, well furnished and absolutely beautiful view. The location is perfect. We walked almost everywhere - the aquarium, restaurants, attractions. I would stay here again ten times out of ten.

Beautiful view of the ocean, fun people watching out on the patio, great front room, dining area and kitchen. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms brand new looking. High end sheets, towels, even the wine glasses. Cheers!!! I will be back

Amazing Retreat!

The pictures don’t even do this place justice! From pulling up to the curb to walking inside this beautifully appointed home is meticulously decorated and has everything that you need! The fire pit on the front porch is amazing and allows you to sit and watch the ocean, waves, birds and sea lions in action. Our host, Jane, made it so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Can’t wait to return!

Excellent in every way.

This is one of the rare properties that actually look EXACTLY as the pictures show. What we couldn't really see, was the cleanliness of the house...and the kindliness of the property owners. We feel blessed to have spent an awesome week at this property with our family! We highly recommend it also because it is walking distance to Cannery Row and Grocery stores and of course, world class views!

Beautiful home, immaculately cleaned, great bed linens, towels…total luxury. The view from the front door couldn’t be any more beautiful!!! Jane was welcoming, kind and responsive. Tried to book an extra day but, of course, it was booked. The word is out…best VRBO in Pacific Grove!!! Everything about this stay was fabulous!!!!

Perfect Place

My wife is very picky about cleanliness. I think this is the first place we have ever stayed that she would give a "Perfect" rating to. The unit was very well stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The location was perfect. Just across the street is a beautiful cove with baby seals laying around. In the water we watched sea otters and whales. A short walk down the street you will find the Aquarium and Cannery Row as well as several good restaurants and a very good grocery store. Jane is a very helpful, friendly host. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
