“Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing……

“Unfortunately this was the lowlight of my trip to Vietnam. Booking through Expedia was a terrible experience because we were not warned that we would be staying in rooms owned by private individuals, rather than the hotel itself. I blame both Expedia and the Flamingo for this. This meant the staff was unable and unwilling to help us with basic things like laundry, gym service, or check-out. The prices here were inflated, and they were nickel-and-diming us for everything, such a using the fitness……
