“This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.”

“The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. People seem to have a relaxed vibe on the island so it didn't bother us. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and you can crack the window in the bedroom to hear the sounds of the waves. “The mermaid room was perfect for the 10k/half marathon race weekend. Jeanie has thought of everything you might need and the bed was very comfortable. It was just a sort walk to the start/ finish line.”

“One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. Unit had a great view. All in all it was a great place to stay..”

“We loved our stay here. The property is beautiful with comfortable furniture and beds. Ample bedding and amenities. The golf cart provided was also nice and had a very close parking spot. Although there are stairs to the property, there aren't as many as most.”

“We had a great 10-night stay at this wonderful property. Beautiful views from the deck, especially in the morning as the sun rose. The property was a great size for the two of us. The unit was very clean, and the furniture was all very comfortable including the (california?) king size bed (not queen, as stated in the description). The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked and ate in. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful during our lengthy stay. We enjoyed……

“We came for a long weekend of relaxation. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Dining table. Grill. Shared balcony. Ocean views from bedroom and den. The sunrises were spectacular! There are steps down from the street to get to the unit. Carrying heavy luggage could be problematic. The golf cart was a plus for getting down the hill into town, though we did walk it a few times. Lots to do on the island. My favorite was the falconry!”

“I loved celebrating my Birthday in Catalina! The property has amazing views and it was very clean. It had everything that we needed even Birthday candles for my cake. My only complaints would be that I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shower head in the master bath and way too many stairs to get to the condo. “Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet. I asked if they provided free shuttle service from the ferry and was told no but that the island has cab service. It wasn’t far so we opted to walk. It was a little steep with our bags going up that last street The roof top deck was closed for maintenance so we were a little disappointed but the view from our room balcony was beautiful Overall a very pleasant stay”
