“We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico and truly enjoyed our time here. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her room and kept saying she had never slept so well. She really appreciated being able to keep her room nice and cold while shutting the door so the rest of us didn’t freeze. One of our favorite parts was being able to go down to the river right outside the house. It was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing hearing the sound of the water from the balcony. “The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time……

“Honestly, everything in this place was just the bare minimum. One bed didn’t have a flat sheet on it, just fitted sheet and blankets. There were three washcloths for 5 people. Poor quality linens and no extra at all. One hand towel. The keys required to go in and out was annoying. The shower curtain tension rod fell on my daughter’s head and my husband spent 15 minutes fixing it and then we had to barely touch it the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“Property was fine, area is quiet and clean. Parking space however is very limited due to people parking on that street to go to the beach. My biggest issue was trying to get into the gate every time we left. It was so hard to open and after I checked in I received the wrong code for my apartment, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone after hours. Left several messages and NEVER got a call back, very frustrating, especially after traveling for so long and can’t even check in till after 4. If it wasn’t……

“Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y……

“The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!”
